Sep 11, 2026"I gave Frenchys the score I did because the food was fresh TODAY (sometimes, it’s not so fresh)…..I’ve been to this location for at least the past 3 years consistently. On Sunday, July 26th, 2026, I ordered my food which was “fresh” and it came with a drink so I ordered a pink lemonade . I drunk 1/2 the drink then got home and removed the top as usual to look inside of the cup and there was BLACK MOLD/slime on the rims of the cup and inside of the ice DISGUSTING !!!!! I called the store and reported it to the manager and she stated that she was not aware of this incidence inside of the store and apologized and further stated that she would check on it now. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything “free” but I did state to her that I hope I don’t get sick from that because it would be there bill . Has anyone else experienced this at the location in Atascosita or have any bad reviews from this locations?…….please share!!!"

Aug 08, 2026"The dine in option is unavailable whether due to covid, or lack of employee is unclear. The service was slow but the food was good! The chicken was crispy and had good seasoning but the mashed potatoes and fries were nothing to call home about. No sauces were offered or included and as this was first time to go, so unsure if this is typical or not. We also didn't ask so maybe here you need to? The portions on chicken strip were generous and the 5 strip box was roughly $10 with tax."

Jul 21, 2026"The chicken was delicious. I did not knownwe had a frenchys in Humble. But the chicken was so much BETTER And BIGGER than the original Frenchys. The original Frenchys chicken is so small I hope it is chicken they are serving."
